How do I get this blues bending sound from my guitar?
Here's an example. Just listen to the sound the guitar makes when he does the bends: Click HereI have a three single coil pickup electric guitar, its not top of the range like Fender or Gibson or anything, just a fake Stratocaster lookalike. Question #3:

I mean with more than 50 - 100 miles range on it.Question #4:
Anyone know where in the UK you can get some cheap electric or gas blowback replica pistols (2 toned)?
Near birmingham area.A website will do, our price range would be £35-£50 for one pistol, but if you can get below that, thats brilliant.
Thanks
Question #5:
Can I use a 30 amp utility pullout to hook up dryer?
I have an old style 100 amp fuse electric box. The idiots that lived here used two 15 or 20 amp rated for the dryer hookup which has overheated and keeps blowing fuses. There is an unused 30 amp utility pullout( load B) , right below the pullout( load A) for the range. Can I use this to hook up my dryer? The 30 amp pullout doesn't even have any fuses in it. The space is open, I'm assuming that it blew at some time and the previous owners were too cheap to buy the new fuses, since they are more expensive than the screw in type fuses. I guess this would be called a double pole? We are getting an electrician to look at it, was just wondering before I called someone out if it can be used.
Question #6:
Guitar/mandolin questions!?
Alright, so I have a couple guitars and a mandolin, one of the guitars is an acoustic-electric but the mandolin is accoustic. I live in an area where it gets humid in the summer and really dry in the winter, however, I keep my instruments in my basement which usually remains in a general range of temperature.I have had my acoustic-electric for 3 years and so far it has been fine, however, I'm wondering if you think I should invest in a humidifier and hard case for it.
Another question I have is how often I should get my mandolin set up. I got my mandolin for Christmas, so I've had it for about a month. I haven't gotten it set up yet and I know that that can be very important. I was wondering if it's ok that i've not set up the mandolin yet and how often I should set it up?

Why did my electric bill go WAY up since switching to an electric Furnace after using Space heaters?
Our electric bill went from the two hundred range to five hundred after switching to an Electric Furnace. I was told it would either go down or stay about the same as using the space heater. After my sisters house burned down and our outlets melted we freaked and invested in an electric furnace. Now our Electric bill has sky rocketed and we don't know what the problem is.. Is it the wiring. I know our house is not air tight but i can not believe just how much it has gone up. I simply do not understand! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!Question #9:
Which airsoft gun should I get?
I'm pretty young for airsoft, actually really young, only one other person in my class has these. Anyways... I'm looking for a gun 350 to 400 fps, electric, (I've had enough of spring guns and gas guns are just too much) no blow back or whatever. The budget should be around $135 at highest. Full and Semi Auto. Please keep it at JG brand. Here's the one I'm looking at. I've only had a spring single shot cheap about $20 pistol. I consider myself at beginner level. My brother, who is good with airsoft and always gets headshots on me from far away.
I also have the detachable Dboys Rear Sight add on. Do you think this good for beginners? Plus I am not doing sniping or gunning (maybe, but not yet). At my age everyone who has one I know does all CQB and our guns are not good for long range. When I saw 350 - 400 fps I mean it. Under 350 is a disadvantage and over 400 fps is going to knock people down at my age.

Question #14:
Is this an improvement on the Crower 6 stroke engine?
Bruce Crower of Crower Cams built a very efficient engine my adding an injection of water after the exhaust stroke, allowing a "free" extra power stroke, powered my steam. The engine is so efficient that it doesn't need a cooling system.
He built one that works and greatly improves efficiency, but I doubt it will ever go into production due to longevity problems.
Water and valves seen incompatible to me.
Is this engine an improvement?
I call it the Troop 4-2-4 engine.
It is a 1000 cc 3 cylinder engine.
Both end cylinders are 250 cc's and 4 cycle,
running on gas or diesel.
The 500 cc center cylinder is 2 stroke, running on steam, and powered by the heat from the exhaust of the two four stroke cylinders.
Every engine revolution gets one fueled power stroke and one "free" steam power stroke.
By using the pressure of the exhaust, it is possible to run the 2 stroke steam cylinder on the same oil bath crankshaft as the gas fired cylinders.
And since the 250 cc pistons run in tandem, fired 180% apart, the 500 cc piston balances the crankshaft.
Since this engine is most efficient at full throttle against a static load, I consider it an ideal auxiliary engine in an extended range electric vehicle.
Question #15:
Can you solve this maths problem?
the lifetime of electric bulbs of a certain make may be modeled by a normal distribution with mean 560 hours and standard deviation 62 hours1) choose the option that is the closest to the lifetime in hours above which 25% of the bulbs will last
options:

Question #16:
Which guitar brand is the best for beginner guitars?
I used to play a little on my electric, but am now getting back into playing. I'm looking for an acoustic. I've been to atleast 6 stores and they all have different brands. At this one store, this guy who owns it literally gave me a 30 minute biography on a company called 'Samick'. He says that virtually all guitar companies hire Samick to make their guitars then they put their brand name on it. I don't doubt that from a little research I've done. I've also seen a brand name called 'Jasmine'. They're guitars are beautiful, sadly I was in a rush and could not test it out. To be honest, all these brands don't really matter to me, so really all of em' mean the same to me. But which brand would you recommend for a beginner guitar? My price range is $0-$300 around there.
Question #17:
Looking to get a new guitar?
right now i have an Ashley Spectrum Custom Strat and i want something better. i have about $150-200 for a decent electric guitar..any1 know what kind of guitar would be the best for that price range???Question #18:
Income, and rent? is this enough for living?
This will be long so bare with me...after nursing school my income will be about $43,000 a year...My price range for a 1 bedroom apartment in NYC would be about $1,700..Would this be enough?..My mom stays in a 3 bedroom apartment for $1200 (her income is 6 figures) ..but has to pay for things like her car, college tuition, electric bills and everything else..I don't plan on having a car so lets eliminate that
I don''t have kids, I don't watch tv so paying for cable I don't have to do.
all i need to connect to the internet is my own wifi so I'm fine.
as for food..I'll be out most of the time so daily that should average to about $15-20
as for health insurance, don't hospitals cover that if you work in one (which i plan on)
i would hardly be home to use electricity anyway.
clothing budget would be about $350 a month.
So do I make enough in order to support myself if I decide to live in a $1,700 apartment or even $2,000 for that matter?
